ABOUT ME

Founder. Company builder. Since 2014.

Hi, I’m Beatriz. I have spent more than two decades building things on the internet, and the last twelve years founding companies.

I started in 2000 in the aerospace sector, developing software for environments where failure is not an option. In the years that followed, I worked across almost every area of digital development: websites, ecommerce, mobile applications, automation, systems integration and, later, AI applied to product.

In 2014, I founded Pibeca Solutions, a technology agency based in Madrid. What began as a small operation became a full-service agency with teams of up to 40 people, projects in more than a dozen countries across Europe, America and Africa, and clients in very different sectors: tourism, retail, health, education, ecommerce, institutions, insurance and multinational companies.

Today, I lead three companies and work at the intersection of product, strategy and the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Pibeca has been operating since 2014, serving companies that need to build, launch and grow digital products. The Snuglies is my crochet kit brand, positioned as a mental wellbeing tool. And Foundeia is my current focus: a decision intelligence platform for Spanish-speaking founders, launched in 2026 and recognised in the 108th edition of mentorDay with three awards.

Along the way, I learned things no management manual teaches. One of them is that delegation is not an operational trick, but a decision about the kind of company you want to build. I learned that late, after experiencing burnout.

I mentor founders, speak at events when the context makes sense, and get involved in high-potential projects from a strategic perspective.

Testimonials

After so many years building, I have come to a simple conviction: entrepreneurship does not fail because of a lack of ideas, but because of a lack of judgment when deciding what to do with them. That is what drives me today, in everything I build.

If you want to talk to me, I’m here.
