In 2014, I founded Pibeca Solutions, a technology agency based in Madrid. What started as a small operation became a full-service agency with teams of up to 40 people, projects in more than a dozen countries across Europe, America and Africa, and clients in very different sectors: tourism, retail, healthcare, education, e-commerce, institutions, insurance and multinational companies.<\/p>
For a long time, I tried to explain my career with a single label. It did not fit. Today I understand that the pattern was always the same: connecting technology, business, decisions and people to build with less noise and more clarity.<\/p>

Along the way, I learned things no management manual teaches. One of them is that delegation is not an operational trick, but a decision about the kind of company you want to build. I learned that late, after experiencing burnout.<\/p>
